So you’ve decided to start training to build muscle. That’s grea

Tuesday, September 30th, 2008
by David V

So how often should you train to build muscle? It’s a good question. Many people find that they’re training too hard to begin, and they get sore mucles. Others find that they’re not training enough. This can be because of time restraints, or injury, or just lack of motivation.

Here’s the ideal solution. If you’re training to gain muscle mass, you only need to train 3 times a week, for about 45-60 minutes. That’s it. Surprised? I was when I started. The reason why is because most of the muscle growth occurs AFTER the training session. The actual weight lifting session only needs to be short, but intense.

The whole reason you’re lifting weights is to stimulate your muscles to grow. That’s all. When you train hard, your body will grow and repair itself when your sleeping, working and geting out in the world. No need to spend hours in the gym, just 3 hours a week really. So you can get on with your life with no worries.

The best thing about this kind of training is that you’re not a slave to the gym. You’ve now got plenty of time to hang out with your friends, and get your work done. It’s really that easy. Get to the gym 3 times a week, work out hard for 45 minutes and lift heavy weights.

When you train like this you’ll get big fairly quickly. Give it a try for about 3 months and your friends will start to comment on your massive gains. Don’t worry too much about supplements. Just eat good wholesome food and plenty of protein. Make sure you’re doing the lifts correctly when you train. Sometimes it’s a good idea to consult a professional trainer before you start just so you know exactly how it’s done. Last thing you wanna do is get an injury just when you start out. Keep it real!

Your Upline Is Lying To You?

Tuesday, September 30th, 2008
by Rebecca Holman

If you are new to network marketing then these facts may scare you. Don’t back away or hide your head in the sand…it is obvious that the techniques that you are being taught by your upline are out of date and moldy. Back in the 90s most of those ideas worked, but now with the Internet, everything has changed.

Don’t kid yourself, you know what I am talking about. That “Warm List” the “3-foot Rule” those meetings at the Holiday Inn. This is the Internet era and those old style ways are limiting your abilities my friend. Smart Marketers that understand the “New School” ways of building a business online are going to destroy the folks that just don’t get it.

So you will need to change the way you look at the Internet from now on. Please stop chasing strangers around the mall, stop paying for leads and top of my list, Please stop cold calling people that are not interested in what you are pitching to them.

Having struggled myself over the past 3 years trying to build network business opportunities, I understand how difficult it is. I followed my uplines advice and still bearly made enough to live on. I knew there had to be another way.

So I can assure you that I know firsthand the questions and frustrations that you are probably dealing with right now. It isn?t easy for anyone, even a popular person to go chasing friends & family, cold calling, prospecting strangers in shopping malls, putting up flyers and handing out business cards yada yada yada and then still not seeing any results.

What is needed is a training system that is up 24/7/365 to help you turn your business building activities into a duplicatable program. You need to brand your own website and then automate the training of your downline. This allows for predictable results for our team building.

The system you introduce your team to, can not be complex. Can not have HTML or coding involved in it, at least not for the newbies. You want to create a level playing field for all members of your team to succeed that allows them to make immediate cash flow to fund their business growth. No cold calling, no badgering, no selling your latest opportunity. I have taken away your excuses for failure in your network marketing business, so what are you going to do now?

9 Top Ways To Win At Sportsbetting

Tuesday, September 30th, 2008
by Simon M Skinner

If you are looking to try your luck at sports betting then know that you do have greater odds of winning in this game than you would in roulette or craps. While those are games of chance, sports betting is a game of predicting a foreseeable outcome. Here are some tips on how to win big at the big game.

9.Place Bets on the Right Sports Book
When you place your bets on the right sports book, you get an edge of 3% over some other books.

8.Bet Against the Public
There are some that claim that “fading the public” can be profitable. This has led many bettors to bet on the other team than is predicted.

7.Do Your Homework Before the Game
If you really want to win in sports betting, educate yourself. You need to think about everything, especially the factors that others might ignore. Not even bookies know everything about every game. Become a specialist and you could find yourself a winner.

6.Choose the Underdog at Home
Statistically speaking, it’s a good idea to bet on an underdog at home. A team will put forth their best effort at home stadium and underdogs have a way of triumphing over the odds in general. Using this strategy you may beat the odds too.

5.Bet at Just the Right Time
Bettors who bet on underdogs usually bet early. Therefore, if you are betting on an underdog try and bet late. If you are betting on the favorite then bet early. Going against the grain in sports gambling is often a smart move.

4.Make Arbitrage Bets
You can make money on sure bets regardless of the outcome of a game with arbitrage bets. The advantage of these bets is that it doesn’t matter what the outcome of a game is, since the only bet you made was on a specific happening.

3.Square or Sucker Lines
Many betters try to stay away from square lines (that is, lines that are designed to lure public opinion into betting a certain way) and in the end, can even make money off these phony wagers if they can closely monitor the betting percentages.

2.Never Gamble While Drinking
This should go without saying, but drinking can impair your judgment and makes you more likely to make rash decisions. Don’t drink and bet, please.

1.Manage your Gambling Money
This is another common sense rule. Don’t bet more than you can comfortably afford to lose. Set aside money specifically for gambling and do not go outside of this fund, regardless of your wins or losses. Spread out your betting among several small bets instead of one large bet - you risk losing it all if you go for one big bet.

Keywords That Will Power Your PPC Campaign

Tuesday, September 30th, 2008
by Brian Basch

The Secret to a Good PPC Campaign is choosing the best group of keywords. It’s important to be certain that you’ve managed to find high standard keywords and phrases to get the best outcomes. Develop a comprehensive list and find out all of the options that are open to you. Begin with a current popular keyword — for example the word “credit”, many people search for this word online, but it is difficult to rank well with this word because it’s used for lots of other advertisements. So how can you increase your options? Change your approach and include related terms.

Consider how searchers could be using the keyword in question. Someone searching for the word “credit” may be attempting to find out ways to get a credit report, ways to improve personal credit which lenders will give loans to people with poor credit or ways to consolidate credit card debit. When you’ve gotten a range of concepts that the word could be related to, then try to condense them a bit.

Start to think about the sorts of things people will type into a search engine when they are looking for these goods and services. They might type “free credit report” or “credit card offers” There are lots of others, when you start to scratch the surface suddenly more and more will pop into your mind. These are the words that will decide which ads are to accompany the search results.

Stick to the basic concept, but expand your horizons. There are plenty of credit related search terms, like the names of the individual bureaus, consolidation companies and more. Mix them in as part of your first list, and you’ll have created a number of different keyword groups from just one starting term. Go on to create ad groups made up entirely of consolidation companies, for instance.

Add an extension, such as .org, .net, or .com to the end of the search term, or consider the extension of a country you’re targeting. It doesn’t even matter if that domain doesn’t exist. Some people still type this kind of search term in. You’ll expose them to your ads, increasing your chances of a well targeted click.

Remember to avoid very general keywords. There’s too much competition for these. Instead, expand on related terms, and rephrase existing keyword phrases. It’s easy to turn “free credit report” around to get “credit report free”. While the concept is the same, this phrase will reach a different set of viewers. Just ask yourself what your target audience is going to search for, and use the answers to that question to choose your keyword groups. Remember that search terms can be in an unusual order.

It’s not all there is to a good PPC campaign, but a good keyword list is the foundation of one that works. Explore all your options and pick the right words, then track their progress to be sure your campaign is a successful one.

Best Post Workout Shake For Fat Loss

Tuesday, September 30th, 2008
by John Alvino

For several years now, post-workout nutrition has been studied rather extensively. These studies have shown that intaking a shake (consisting of simple sugars and whey protein) immediately following your workout greatly assists in muscle recovery replenishment.

The results of these studies have shown such positive results from using these shakes, I doubt that you can find a fitness expert who doesn’t advocate their use regularly. Is this the best protocol for everyone to follow? Let’s look at this objectively and answer this question once and for all.

In over 16 years as a fitness professional, I have found that these shakes are very useful for certain individuals. For example, if your goal is to gain muscular weight, I highly recommend their use.

You see, following an intense workout, your muscles are depleted and are thirsty for replenishment. Therefore most of the calories ingested at this time will be soaked up by the muscles, making less calories available to be stored as fat.

But remember what our goal is: Losing body fat! Do you believe that it’s a good practice to slam down a sugary beverage after each workout when your goal is maximal fat loss? How can all of that sugar better your fat burning results? The reality is that it does not. In my experience, these shakes can slow the rate of fat loss rather significantly.

I’ve read through all of the research and the truth is that none of these studies were performed on subjects whose primary goal is to lose body fat. So I decided to do my own studies. I experimented with the standard post-workout shake with all of my fat loss clients. Their fat loss results slowed substantially. Based on these findings, I no longer recommend these shakes to my fat loss clients.

I’m sure you’re saying, “Alright, but what should my post-workout meal consist of?” The answer to this question is much less complicated than the supplement companies want you to believe. All you need to do is eat a solid meal! This meal can be structured exactly like any of your daily meals. I do believe however, that this meal should be eaten within one hour after your workout.

Remember, your rate of fat loss will always be faster when you eat healthy, solid meals. So if you want to lose your excess body fat as fast as possible, ditch the post-workout shakes. Just eat a meal instead and get a lean body in no time.

Best Sports Betting Picks

Monday, September 29th, 2008
by W. Kim

Online there are plenty of places offering sports betting picks but in order to use some of them the websites requires you to pay them a fee first. The problem with these kinds of picks are they are incorrect and so are completely useless.

So you have to be careful when making decision on which of the various sports betting picks you have found and which you intend to use. Look for those picks where they offer a money back guarantee if after using them to place a bet that you don’t actually win anything with them.

Certainly of all the forms of betting used today sports picks tend to be the most predictable and will offer you a 50/50 chance of actually winning something. However, should you be able to find a good professional sports picker that you can trust then the chances of you winning are increased from 50% to as much as 90 or 95%.

If you want to succeed when it comes to sports betting then using the services of such people can prove invaluable. It is important that once you have found a sports picker you can trust you remain with them as they could end up earning you hundreds or even thousands of dollars each year. Plus use those that offer a 100% money back guarantee when you have a losing streak as not only aren’t you profiting neither are they.

Along with sports betting picks that you pay for there are some sites that offer these for free but be very careful because they offer them free so that you then join their website. But once you have joined they will then charge exorbitant prices to offer you more picks in the future. So you need to be careful and take your time looking at each one and comparing them with others.

When deciding which of the many sports handicappers to use to provide you with suitable sports betting picks there are certain things you should be looking for and these are as follows:-

1. Look for those who winning percentage is 82% or more and will deliver the picks to you on time at all times. 2. Look for those who charge a monthly one of fee which then entitles you to use whatever picks they provide rather than a fee for every pick that they provide. 3. Look for those who of course a 100% money back guarantee whenever you find that a month you haven’t actually one anything through using the picks they have provided to you.

If you are someone who wants to see a good return on their bets then using sports betting picks from sports handicappers that are paid for is far better for you. Although free ones can sometimes help you to win the chances of them helping you to win on a regular basis is much less.

Creating A Basic Excel Formula

Monday, September 29th, 2008
by Andrew Whiteman

As you probably know, to create an Excel formula, you begin by typing an equal sign: this distinguishes it from other types of data. A formula consists of a series of expressions. There are three key components in these expressions: arithmetic operations, such as add and subtract; Excel functions; and cell references.

To create a formula which returns the total of two of the numbers in a spreadsheet (say 24 and 12), you simply type “=24 12″. When you press the Enter key, you would get the correct result. However, the formula would not be linked to the two cells containing the numbers. If the entry in either of the cells were to change, the formula would still give the old result.

Obviously, the best solution is to ensure that our formula contains a reference to the two cells in question. The simplest method of doing this is to click on the first cell having typed the equal sign. Excel then automatically creates a reference to the cell. Next type a plus sign and click the second cell. Excel puts in a reference to the second cell and we then enter the formula either by clicking on the Enter button (on the left of the formula bar) or pressing Enter on the keyboard.

Now that our formula contains a reference to these two cells, any time the cell contents change, the result returned by formula will be updated.

If this was the only way of performing calculations in Excel, formulas would very quickly become extremely long and very complex. To avoid this, we can use Excel’s built-in functions. Functions perform complex mathematical calculations without the user having to worry about how the result is arrived at.

For example, imagine that we wanted to add up the contents of a hundred different cells. If we relied purely on addition, we would end up creating a formula with a hundred different arguments; in other words, a hundred cell references to each of the cells containing the numbers. Thankfully, we can use the SUM function instead.

To include a function in a formula, type the equal sign followed by the name of the function. Next, type open brackets followed by the arguments of the function. The term arguments refers to the values required by a function in order to return a result. In the case of the SUM function, all we need to specify are the cell addresses of the numbers we want to total. We can do this automatically by clicking or dragging across each of the cells or ranges that contain those numbers.

When you have entered a reference to all cells containing numbers that we want to total, you can confirm entry of the formula by pressing the Enter key. You don’t even need to close the brackets. Excel will close them for you.

Hello, This is an article about a cool tool called roulette sniper for use with online roulette.

If youre anything atall like me then you like to play some roulette. It really is a fantastinc game and is actually one of the worlds most played games in casinos.

I have been a professional roulette player for over 7 years, some people would calls this silly but they are the ones who dont know how profitable roulette can be when you know what you’re doing.

I make a good living playing roulette, a lot more than I would make at a 9-5 job.

There is one tool that I have been using alot lately and that is roulette sniper.

Roulette sniper costs around about $30, it’s a great tool and now days I wouldn’t play without it.

The reason it is such a good tool is because it keeps track of every spin of the wheel and looks for sequences in numbers. It will then advise you to bet. So it’s very helpful.

If you have heard of roulette systems before then I am sure you know that each one is destined to fail and you will go broke. but roulette sniper is many systems in one aswell as a personal betting assistant.

The great thing about having so many systems in one is that you will have a few lossed but many wins meaning at the nd of the day you cant lose.

Roulette sniper is setup and desigend fantastically, it’s so easy to use that any one can use it.

So to conclude I think that if you are at all interested in making any money from roulette then you should consider checking out roulette sniper.
